I play in live 2-5 games sometimes and it happens often that UTG has a mandatory 10 in the middle which acts like a blind. This means he can still act when for example the big blind completes. To say it another way, I play in a game with 3 blinds instead of 2. How should I adjust my opening ranges for this? First I reasoned for example for the button that I should open like a cutoff because there are 3 people left. I quickly realized this does not make sense since in this case I am guaranteed to have position.
