I'd rather shove than x/c. Take worse hands (with blockers) to x/c with, i.e. T8, 87 ...

Interesting. I considered a value shove briefly but it seems a bit thin lacking reads. Blocking 98s def helps the situation but there's still a decent amount of 9x out there.

Guys can you say way you use this sizing, i mean why you bet 1/2 of pot or not 3/4 for example? Obviously i understand a little bit about sizing, we try to manipulate of villain range, and don't give him good price, but for instance my personal view, here we have very connected board, also probably villain very connected with this board, so i want to bet big here, to get value from draw and top pairs.

feels like calling to me, probably you play smart opponent and he is realizing that when you check, you check/folding a lot (in theory I think too). So likely you will see more than optimal bluffing frequency (QJ, all missed spades, maybe some J8,J7 depending on ranges turned into a bluff)
p.s. I'm not sure you checking many nutted hands on the river to protect range( maybe it is EV loss to checking nuts otr instead of shoving, but otherwise you folding freq around 70-80% on the river)
