#19 How to design betsizing when it's clear to everyone that you are not bluffing?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (9 Players) BN: $2.41
SB: $1.02
BB: $6.89
UTG: $1.41
UTG+1: $2.39
MP: $2.37
MP+1: $2.25
MP+2: $0.97
CO: $2.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is CO with 7 7
UTG calls $0.02, UTG+1 raises to $0.08, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.08, 2 folds, BB calls $0.06, UTG calls $0.06
Flop ($0.33) 7 3 Q
BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $0.18, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $0.18
Turn ($0.69) 7 3 Q 3
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $0.43, UTG+1 folds
Final Pot CO wins $0.67
Rake is $0.02

Imo this turn is a spot where it is really obvious that I have a set or quads so what betsizes should I choose in this case?

I tried to go for 43cents so I can shove river but this may not be the optimal play...

maybe go 1/3 pot on turn to confuse him? I really want to know what the maxEV play is on the turn
