[16NL] Good overbet spot on the Turn?

SB bets $3.04, Hero folds

Is this an ok spot and hand to overbet with?
Feel like I'm blocking alot of his NFDs like AQcc ATcc and hands like T9 and JT I'm behind against.
Could also fold out some top pairs like A9 if he flats that.
