10NLz - What to do in these boards vs RaiseCB?

SB: $13.59
BB: $4.73
UTG: $11.11 (Hero)
MP: $17.18
CO: $12.21
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.30, MP folds, CO calls $0.30, 3 folds
Flop ($0.75) 8 7 Q
Hero bets $0.56, CO raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $10.81 and is all in, CO calls $9.31

204 hands from V 25/21 8%cc 7,7%3b
Not the right numbers of hands to analyze but it seem to be a reg.

I played really poorly, we're isolating only vs better hands, except for bad drawy calls (which will rarely call)
I was kind tilted and tried to simplify this spot.
What is the best play here?
Accept his raise and fold vs unknown?
Call flop, evaluate the turn, XC on blank turns/rivers and X/F on diamonds, J, 9, 6 turn or river?
I'm having some problems in playing overpairs vs RaiseCB in some spots.
