Villain is a weak regular. I guess flop and turn are ok? In game, OTR his bet size looks like either a missed draw or an Ax flush draw that wants to thin value, so I went for the raise to make those hands fold. I did not bluffcatch because I was not sur if he could go for thin value with TT-QQ here, even if it is unlikely I also think he has too much Ax here. Am I right/wrong? :)
