10NLz: Should I consider this a RIO spot or should I continue?

Yatahay Network - $0.10 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

BTN: 166.1 BB 37/26 after 35 hands
SB: 124.9 BB
BB: 100 BB
UTG: 142.3 BB
MP: 132.4 BB
Hero (CO): 128.9 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Qh Ks
fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, BTN calls 2.5 BB, SB calls 2 BB, fold

Flop : (8.5 BB, 3 players) Kc 9c Qd
SB checks, Hero bets 8 BB, BTN raises to 20.2 BB, fold, Hero calls 12.2 BB

Turn : (48.9 BB, 2 players) 4s
Hero checks, BTN bets 36.6 BB, Hero ???

So the flop seems pretty standard, we aren't folding top two pair to a single small raise, especially from the IP player. The turn is a bit trickier. I don't see decent pairs bluff raising the flop 3-way so I feel this has got to be either a bluff w/ a combo draw of some sort or sets. Is this a safe space to just assume that reverse implied odds since I won't really be getting any more money from missed draws but will have to stack off on the river with less than a PSB behind, or is top two pair too strong to give up to aggression with a draw heavy board like that?

Hello.Imo a PSB on the flop is too big.I would bet something like half the pot or 2/3 for value cause i want to keep all the draws in..Facing a 2,5x raise is an easy call. On the turn the 4 seems like a blank.Villain betting 3/4 of the pot is a signal in my opinion that he already has a made hand..He either has J10 or a set of 99. QQ ,KK we block plus he would raise preflop..If we put our hand on poker equilad (which i cant use atm cause im on the phone ) and try to figure out his range i would say thar he has 77+,89s,910s,J10s,Q10s,K10s+..
Vs that range maybe you get a proper equity to call but i think at these stakes people dont bluff/semibluff that much..

What draws are calling 2/3 but not a PSB? Of all the things seeing showdowns and reviewing hands have shown me is that the one thing we don't need to worry about is the uNL pool being quick to let go of a draw on the flop.

Pretty loose stats so far over the small sample. BU flat vs CO-open seems more like a rec who could wake up here with K9/Q9 and a lot of FD/GS combos. He also doesnt seem so passive pre and so im expecting some 3bets from 99.
Im leaning towards calling vs this guy.....

I did wind up calling him and he had AcJx. I'm just not sure it was the right thing to do since the preflop action doesn't put AA in his range, I am blocking TP, and just about all other worse made hands. This decision point on the turn is the only place where I can consider folding, if I call I have to stack off on any river, I don't see many worse hands calling if I bet a blank river, Villain's range will be polarized enough I have to call if I check a blank river, and x-folding hands this strong on scary rivers will just let use me like a fleshlight over the long run. It's one of those spots I'm never really clear on what I should be doing.

This is a tough spot but I have to agree with RaoulFlush and have to call this turn and probably most rivers. Given his aggression he could be playing his draws like this and also could be playing a lot of worse Kx this way. The only hand he shows up with for value is a set of 9s, and given theres only 6 combos to all the combos of Kx and draws he would play here you gotta call and hope for a brick on the river.
