Didn't knew what to do. UTG RFI is 19%, fold2-3bet 33% (1of3).

What should I do here next time... I think myself a fold is ok, and a call is not bad either. He does cbet often, on the flop (68% or 19of28) and turn (75% or 6of8).

Is it usefull to put his range in pokerstove and calculate how I am doing against his range? Cause I have like 45% vs his 19% opening range:
