10NLz - Is this a loose call pf and otf?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.91
SB: $12.25
BB: $10.40
UTG: $17.36 (Hero)
MP: $9.03
CO: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with K J
Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BN raises to $1.05, SB calls $1.00, BB folds, Hero calls $0.75
Flop ($3.25) 3 K 2
SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $2.10, SB folds, Hero calls $2.10
Turn ($7.45) 3 K 2 9
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($7.45) 3 K 2 9 7
Hero checks, BN checks

BU is uknown and SB is a loose passive reg.
Since SB called, are we calling, too?
If both blinds folds, it's an easy fold pre, all right?

3-way flop,
I expect to BU be pretty honest here, but the K high hits his range and if tends to be a good reg, he'll bet most of his range here, imo.
Are we XC this flop?
the problem is the position, should we give up if he bets ott or otr again?

If any of the blinds call I think we have a pretty easy call even being out of position. If its HU I would fold pre flop.

I think on the flop its a close call, I think the plan is to call flop and fold most turns or rivers when he bets. I think that while he is not betting most of his range here (its a multiway pot and the board is not super dry), we are still doing okay against his cbetting range (FD's, maybe A5s, and maybe QQ with no spade IMO).

I'm not calling much against pot sized 3bet IP vs UTG either but I sometimes call hands like this and 88+ if I think he has some weaker 3bet hands.

With the overcall you can probably call most of your pocket pairs, the best suited connected hands and AKo.
