[10NLZ] How would you play the turn, compared to a node locked PIO sim

Hi guys, I played this hand against an aggressive but pretty bad regular. I have two questions here:

1) I tend to attack a lot (I think maybe a bit too much) checkback ranges as they are often too weak in certain spots, and particularly when a board favors my range. For example, I bet any gutshot in this spot, and a lot of hands which block villain's potential stronger checkbacks, such as Ax which block AJ, AT. This gives me a pretty loose probing range but I don't expect 10NL regulars to deviate and exploit me often... Am I right?

2) I ran a PIO sim of this particular spot as an example to see how we could play it, and node locked as I think how the population of my stakes will play (The major change is that there won't be a lot of bluff raises versus a probe). So PIO seems to be overbetting the turn with 36% of our range here, betting pot sometimes and checking the rest. Is this how you would play it? Why/ why not? Are my assumptions correct? I kind of understand why PIO does that, but I never see pros adopting this strategy versus this kind of weak regular.

And here is the PIO sim:
