What's the correct bet sizing in this textures?
Are we suposed to gii OTF?
Should we just call and keep his bluffs?
The 9h is the worst card for me since it completes some straights and flushes at the same time.

Sizings looks fine. You can size up a few percent more when the flop is as dry as here but it doesn't matter much.
Flop is mostly a call with AA and mostly a 3bet with QQ. Exacts suits might matter a little here too. Turn is a close to 0EV spot. I can see AA being a fold and then calling weaker hands with some redraw potential.

bumblebtuna i can be wrong, but i think we should 3bet QQ cuz he will have some Kx and Ax on his range and we dont want give the possibility to him hit his cards. while AA we are very protected against overcards...
Yes, pretty much that. PIO also calls AdAh, KdKh and QdQh more than other AA-QQ hands. I think it's mainly because it has more equity against bluffing range.
