Call pre is ok, right?
Can I call OTF?
Since I called the flop, should I bet the turn?
Bluff catch the river is bad?

Call pre is ok.
I don't mind calling one with the backdoor and two overs, but take into account that the 3bet range BB vs EP is usually tight.
Turn is a card that BB should check very often, unless you have a read I would check and only bet if he check again OTR.
As played definitely fold
PRE :
I think we should have a good reason to call the 3B here. Villain have to bluff regularly to defend AQs profitably here. By default I don't mind overfolding this spot since it's value heavy by default.
FLOP :
Except if villain is a very nitty with CB (and PRE conditions are fulfill), I can't consider folding here.
TURN :
When villain X this turn, I assume he is mostly going to XF than XC. So we have an exploitative stab for me.
Call pre is ok, flop call maybe spewy, turn check almost always with this combo, his river bet is always a value bet..
