My conclusion is after his raise otr I think he is nutted.
I don't see overpairs and top pairs x'ing this flop too often 'cos is semi wet flop imo.
What do you think of doing this with our hand in this scenario?
We havel all sets (QQ we flat sometimes vs EP open range), and the board itself is not good for ep open range.
