Just 18 hands on villian, playing 18/15, nothing in particular on reads. Now, i really didn't know what to do on this river spot, is it b/f? c/f? c/call? Need help :(

hmm, also what hand converter do you guys use? this has come out a bit shabby :p

I would bet.
He rarely has a flush here, because he didn't raise flop or turn, you hold the Qh and there aren't too many Ah x hands he can have, although the flat pre would slighty worry me.

Also, what full house does he have? 33 raises flop, TT, KK and JJ raise pre, so it's KT or KJ, both of which probably raise turn also.

He most likely has two pair here, so value betting is the best optin, imo.

I don't think KT KJ raise the turn here, but you have the Qh which blocks some flushes. I think b/f seems fine, although maybe against someone super tight it's just a x/f.
