main villain was a reg. I decided to 3bet here as he was ISOing at basically 100% frequency at this point and the fish were limp folding often so I expected to just pick up the pot here a lot. What do you guys think?
I also was unsure about c-bet sizing on the flop. I figure that this isn't a board that I'm definitely range betting given it's somewhat connected and middling, but one that I still have range advantage on. I felt that 1/3 was too small and something like 2/3 was too big. I struggle with sizing on these kind of boards, especially in 3bet pots. What would you guys recommend?

In 3-bet pots I typically like to go right around half sizing for balance reasons since stacks are usually in by the river in 3-bet pots so sizing doesn't have as much of an impact than in single raised pots.
as far as balance goes, half pot works well for both your value c-bets and light c-bets. It gives you a good amount of RFE when c-betting light and half pot on each street is usually good enough to gets stacks in when going for value on wet boards.
That's a good point and definitely makes things easier, thanks :)
I like a small bet on that flop so you can have more bluffs on the turn I guess
Also, remember to sometimes check flush draws so you have them when you check and a diamond comes/you want to bluff blank turn to balance the AA that checks the flop , think the best one would to check would be KQ tho. You probably know this but I see a lot of people overlooking it.
Fair point, Thankyou :)
It's always hard on these ones because people's ranges are so hard to "determine" when people limp
