10nl unsure about basically whole hand

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) UTG: $10.15 (Hero)
MP: $7.66
CO: $17.86
BN: $23.78
SB: $13.69
BB: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with Q A
Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BN raises to $0.90, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.60
Flop ($1.95) 6 J Q
Hero checks, BN bets $0.60, Hero raises to $2.00, BN calls $1.40
Turn ($5.95) 6 J Q T
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($5.95) 6 J Q T 7
Hero bets $2.23

Button was ~25/23/0 over 35/40 hands or so. I was unsure if this was too loose of a call PF given villain hadn't 3bet yet and it was vs UTG. Does this work better as a 4bet/fold and play AQs as a call here?

Flop I think I was happy with given what looked like a range bet. I think I can still get value from AJ, AK, KQ etc.
Turn I had no idea. I don't want to keep betting big given the board got wetter, don't want to check call, don't want to check fold.
River I felt pretty similarly. I thought I could get some value from KQ, AJ etc. still, and stop things like AK, JT, JQ from betting bigger if I check.
What do you guys think?

the first thing I would say is it looks like they're letting you barrel off and they are also holding ace queen.

I would 100% fold AJo and against an unknown consider turning AQo into a bluff or calling. It's really close. I think checking and calling the flop is the right play though. I think the turn check is good and betting into a bluff catching range on the river is good also.

My solver also hates AQo in this spot pre and avices 2/3 of the time folding and 1/3 4betbluffing (rake is included here).
I tend to play a little more 4betting here as a lot of players are playing a 3bet/fold-strategy and defend kind of bad vs 4bets....but vs unknown a fold is reasonable as well.

defending AQo even mp/bu is pretty loose and at nl10 with rake even worse
raising flop is loose as well, this board is pretty good for IP as your range suppose to be farily tight and somewhat PP heavy. AQ is mergy raise as IP can fold pretty big amount vs your raise and even hands like KJ in his shoes are 0 EV calls and not terrible folds.

When you say getting value from AJ, it is bit debatable as this hands only calls once. Vs AK you getting protection. Keep in mind that you basically don't have any turn and river card to double barrel(comfortable go for stacks) so it is mergy/thin flop raise.

Preflop I could fold since I'm getting 3bet from UTG... The raise flop needs some balls but if you have a read on vilain. Don't know if at NL10 there is some bluffy line like this.

River I can't see what wee value... I don't believe that we could be paid by a J. There is AQ and KQ and... That's it! Check fold seems better to me
