Villain is 15/13 8% 3b over 56 hands. Should we call down here?

I think so yes. Given that it's BB v BTN he can definitely be 3betting 88+99 for value which could definitely play the same way. From a theory perspective we're just too far up in our range to fold.
what is his 3b SB Vs BB vs BTN? the smaller it is, the more i what to call, because then his 3b range should be made primarily of big pocket pairs+AK. If his 3b from those positions is say 15% then i would (1st 4b flop, 2nd consider a serious hero fold. has i imagine he has allot of suited combos 3b pre)
More, what is his Agression factor Flop-Turn-River???
By the river everything got there... like all bluffs got there... so its either a frustrated QQ+ jam river spot or its a str8 or a flush. wondering could he jam 2 pair? like J9, J8, on that river?
Hope it helps and makes sense
59 hands sample ;)
You're relying on stats that don't mean anything at this sample size.
I think it's a clear call imo. His range is going to have 18 combos of over pairs and if he holds the Aces with the Ace Spades then he blocks you having the nut flush. But he will also have a few flushes in his range but more over pairs then anything else so it's clear call.
Annoying river spot. He does not have many flushes but he only reps a flush with these sizings. I'd call because he might be bluffing AK or AQ with the As and might be over playing AsAx. If he really is nitty preflop he only has flushes with AKss, AQss and maybe AJss and KQss and rarely rag flushes.
You have a lot of sets and flushes yourself though so it makes it less likely that he's barreling off worse here. Folding exploitatively is probably better when you have a bit larger sample.
