10NL playing straight on 3spades board

So I'm thinking maybe I should bet flop given that it hits my range harder? If not I should definitely bet turn, right? How would you play this hand? I was kind of unsure wether or not I could profitably bluff here vs somewhat loose passive player.
How would you play this hand?
