10nl nutflush 140deep v overbet on paired bord.
https://www.weaktight.com/h/5f43ed02d39043dc798b4630 Villain is playing 66/41, 3bet 27 in sb, fold to cbet flop 30, fold to cbet turn 22, river agg 58 (550 hands). I dont cbet turn because I dont think that we have enough fold equity against a player like this when he calls flop. How do we play the river when he 2x overbets? I expect that A4 or 64 to raise a lot OTF.

As you noticed he is probably raising A4/64 often on flop. Additionally he probably has a lot of flushes(and you beat them all) and 4x. Easy shove.
I think checking turn and realizing your equity is fine here. You could continue turn and fold out some 6x, 4x, 55 etc. as you have all the strong Ax combos and he is probably 3betting his stronger Ax., but could also flat his offsuit Ax that he's calling turn. You're also blocking flush draws which you want to fold out with a large turn barrel, so I think your turn check is probably best.
All that said, I agree with Jbarez, he shouldn't have any boats as all of them should have mostly raised flop, I think he shows up with flushes often all of which he's calling vs a shove.
