x/c could have some merit, but in general i prefer just b/f.

i'd open to 2.5bb because such a nitty player is folding a ton preflop so i increase my opening range and decrease my opening sizing if that makes sense.
Olga has it, but whether or not you B/F or X/C, really depends on who the vill is, and what there flop and turn tendencies are. How often is the vill is giving up when you continue? How often if he raising with say KJ, with the Call pre, can we say he doesnt have A10ss or better, So how often if he stacking of with a weak A, stuff like that...Say the vill is raising a strong J in this spot, I think we can assume that he isn't stacking off on the turn...
Not all the time but a portion of the time I'm calling 73c more to win $2.12 (havent doubled checked figures) and then re-evaluating on the turn.
