Can we 4-bet this often esp with the cold caller? Say 21BB?

It's normally a mix so there I'd say yeah, even more 4betting with cold callers, gotta deny equity and you don't many players seeing a flop there. BN is not fully stacked so the more reason to 4bet.
Snowie wants to fold JJ here and folds even a hand strong has QQ, what the fuck omg next level play?
Also it thinks the flop call is 0 ev and you should be turning your hand into a bluff by raising here for 0 ev. If that's the case then 4betting pre is probably really bad.
Anyways I doubt anything is folding TT-QQ here in your spot, but it really does make you think that going 4 ways when the 3better and cold caller are super strong is probably leaking ev every time you don't fold pre.
BB should be snap folding TT, but its micro so they will be calling to many pairs, which makes your JJ probably a closer to 0 ev call here. Snowie thinks when the BB defends cold, your JJ is a great fold, but if the BB does not defend, then your JJ is a great call or 4bet. So the 4th player defending cold here really makes a difference on what you need to defend.
I personally don't think twice of TT-QQ here and play them, but now that I ran it through Snowie I am going to fold them. When I call with them I'm not even thrilled at all I'm just sad. Call me a nit but when you have to defend polynomially stronger when more people enter the pot and JJ is probably a reasonable close to 0 ev fold with preflop action like this.
Any stats/reads for the players? It seems like BN is probably a weaker player given the shorter stack, but not sure what his tendencies are. I'm not sure I can find a fold on the flop honestly, both players can show up with overcards here pretty often.
As played 100% fold the flop. BB has cold called 3 bet pre. You go 4 ways to a flop and have a bet and call.
Pre 4 bet or fold the only flop you want to see if you call is a J any other flop you will have to fold as played.
