On the turn, I am not sure what i am supposed to do.

do i check/call or check/fold or bet?

I usually check/call for bluff catching. However, I realize that bet is better than check call

because if i check, he can barrel twice with worse hand and I can't call on the river.

if i bet on the turn, i can make worse card to fold.

Honestly, I don't know the meaning of turn bet here. Is it bluffing or is it value betting?
