10NL - CB'ting flop and turn paired board 3b pot APF

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $10.00
BB: $4.23
UTG: $20.41
MP: $16.56
CO: $30.73
BN: $10.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with A A
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.26, SB raises to $0.90, BB folds, Hero raises to $2.05, SB calls $1.15
Flop ($4.20) Q 5 7
SB checks, Hero bets $1.40, SB calls $1.40
Turn ($7.00) Q 5 7 Q
SB checks, Hero bets $6.55 and is all in, SB calls $6.55 and is all in

Unknow villain.
BU vs SB spot.
I did cbet OTT again 'cos in my experience some players tends to call more often in this particular paired board (TT, JJ for example).
Villain may assume that overpairs may X back turn afraid of paired Q board.
But I found myself in a dilemma here.
X back our entire range here? Then call/shove river with plus showdown and no showdown value. And just fold our bluffing CB range otr.
I mean, which seems weaker?
Bet flop, shove turn... or Bet flop, X back (looks like a trap), Shove river.
