Do I need to size up otf and ott to get value from FD?

Well, I usually use 1/2 bet size for 3bet pot.

However, at this stake, most players do not care about bet sizing.

If he has FD, he would call vs any betsizing.

therefore, i can bet bigger.

OTR, it is not happy call, but i can't fold since pot is committed.

Also, it is possible that he bets with worse Ace, such as AQ and AJ

any suggestion?
