10NL - AQo facing 3barrel 3bpot BvB

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $12.95
SB: $11.07 (Hero)
BB: $10.00
UTG: $12.99
MP: $10.52
CO: $23.17
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with Q A
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB raises to $0.90, Hero calls $0.60
2,6k hands from V: 32/25/ 2,6af
11,9% 3b on BB
20%3b vs SB open
50% fold to 4b (4)
I imagine that we should open our value 4b range and include AQo? Maybe 4b some AQo and open call3b with AQs?
Flop ($1.80) J Q 7
Hero checks, BB bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00
No need to X/R imo, we have the NFD blocker and we only gii vs better hands by raising.
Turn ($3.80) J Q 7 7
Hero checks, BB bets $2.00, Hero calls $2.00
Still a call.
River ($7.80) J Q 7 7 K
Hero checks, BB bets $6.10 and is all in, Hero folds
The K is a good bluff card for V.
But at the same time complete some two pairs, st8s and we have the Ac, which means less missed flush draw combos is his range. Maybe he could have T9cc?
Final Pot BB wins $7.45
Rake is $0.35

My question is
Are we bluffcatching OTR?
If we 4b AQo pre, are we calling a 5b jam vs this V?

I said "we only gii vs better hands by raising. " OTF, but at the same time I'm confused.
He has 83%CB on 3bpot and 75%(4) fold to RaiseCB on 3bpot.
It means that he can be CBting AJ, KQ, StrDraws, Random cards, right?
What if we X/R for value? Is it good? If we X/R OTF, we must call if he pops all in?
The Ac in my hand is a debatable thing, but at the same time I cannot overestimate my blocker in my decision.

I like the hand as played. OTR villain is never ever bluffing enough for us to call.
Preflop I honestly don't know for certain if we can adjust and extend our value range there and I don't want to post vague statements. I'm curious though.

I think we want to x/r OTF for value 2pair+. TPTK might be borderline to x/r for value. But I prefer combos without the Nut-FD-Blocker.
