x-f is fine, but just keep in mind that you want to jam here yourself often-ish as well....especially vs a 32-26.

as a small aside- you can prob 3bt a little bigger pre since ur slightly deeper and oop.

Value- mostly for a balance/merge blah blah- if we only jam our flushes and bluffs opp can C or F with any 1 pr (for example), but vs a 'reg' this loose we can value jam AK and he can now no longer C with any 1 pr as its quite -ev now vs our [wider] jamming range

c/f is fine. And is the default line.

But in this spot I sometimes like a super super (note the super) thin value bet. Like 3rd pot. I know long term against the vast majority of his range this isnt ev+. He obviously will have a lot of value hand like KQ SC's a good majority of the time. However I think if the reg has vpip of 32 he has plenty of worse A's, and at 10nl I've seen stubborn random 10x hands take this line to the river especially when he has so many BB's. Ive seen plenty of players at 10nl get all hero on three streets after watching an EPT and think he can take you off your 3B range with a river shove, incidentally they did, when they are up so much (4000bb stack). This all depends on your read i.e. how aggressive he is, flop and turn float % etc. Okay he may just just jam in and you have to pass, but occasionally he will hero you and sometimes check back some KQ and some 2 pair as you can be perceived to be super strong with this line. Hence this bet is also sometimes a blocking bet. Obviously an aggressive player or good hand reader will sniff this out for weakness and jam anyway. But you will sometime get to see his showdown hands and exploit tendancies after this hand and get your share of his monster BB stack.

I just like this line as it mixes it up and strays from ABC poker which seemingly every 'reg' plays now. This in itself makes this line profitable some of the time as a good 'reg' will start to exploit your tendencies of taking this some what passive default line.

I will take criticism here but open for debate. Just please dont make this your default line.
