My alarm bells go off when faced with this flop minraise but i do call here and fold to a big turn bet. I do see 'information' raises on the flop. When passive players take aggressive lines postflop i give them credit and fold.
when a passiv fish raises u have 2 fold without the nuts!!! allways!
limp call, min raise is a set everytime. it's 3 way, he's going to be honest. he won't balance /w flush draws.
