I dont think rec will find bluff raises, so fold looks fine to me

I don't mind folding.
A check raise vs overbet is a big sign of strenght.

What is the logic behind only 1/3 pot c-bet on the flop?

In spots where we have a significant range advantage we can often maximize our EV by making small bets with the majority of our range.
