10NL - 99 call3b or 4b/call5bjam? BvB

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) BB: $10.00
UTG: $10.66
CO: $10.00
BN: $10.86
SB: $15.40 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with 9 9
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.28, BB raises to $0.80, Hero calls $0.52
Flop ($1.60) 8 9 T
Hero checks, BB bets $1.11, Hero raises to $3.00, BB raises to $9.20 and is all in, Hero calls $6.20

16k hands from Villain 23/19:
14% 3b vs SBopen
35% Fold to 4b on BB (20)
6% 5b on BB (17)

Help me interpretate some stats.
6% 5b means that he 5bet 6% of his 14%3b range? If so, it means he is 5bet range is 0,85% (AA/KK)
He will flat my 4b with 65% of 14%range = 9,1% range
That can be something like [QQ-88,ATs+,KJs+,QJs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,AJo+,KQo]
Is too bad to play 99 being PFA (4betting) oop BvB?
Which flops are you guys CBeting if you do 4b?
Or should we stick in open/call3b only?

I run the "Equity Trainer" on Pokerstrategy Equilab and saw that in semi dry, dry flops below T high we have ~60% equity. Vs K/A or Q high flop we have 33~40% equity. J high flop 50% equity.
I wanna know if there is some program that show my equity vs random flop in general.

Postflop no need to slowplay and we'll not fold after B/Raise.

14% 3b is not that much BB vs SB, so I wouldnt 4b very wide for value normally.

Given his extremely low 4b% and his high call4b%, its not that bad to 4b/fold5b with some strong valuehands (JJ, AQs for example), whereas normally that really sucks.

99 is much tougher to play here in a 4b pot than JJ and AQs, and even TT, that I intuitively tend to shy away from doing it. I don't rule out though that it could be optimal versus this type of player. This, partly because you might be able to realise equity a little easier being the preflop agressor (in 4b pots), as opposed to being OOP (calling the 3bet). That said, I don't know if this is significant enough and frankly if iTS even true.

Jeez how did you get 16k hands on someone at 10nl? You must be a grind machine!!

Calling the 3bet is definitely the play here.
We are never gonna get it in ahead here by 4b calling as this guy's calls 4bets very wide and 5bets a range that crushes us.
99 is going to be very hard to play on a lot of flops in 4b pots oop even with initiative. Your equity vs his range isn't the only factor as you are oop and will often not realise all of you equity.

You are getting a great price to defend vs 3b and have very little fe from 4bets vs this guy so I call here as standard

I think its an easy flat ip, 4betting is pretty spew here with a hand as strong as 99. with villains stats as they are i'd completely polarise my 4bet range.

ya 99 is not the kind of hand that I want to hold in a 4bet pot HEHEHE.
ez call to his 3bet though and yeah flop ezpz all-in bet raise jam 5bet ALL-in.

Logic ftw!
