Do I have to call twice here?

Villain is a reg, pretty sure he's a winning player at 10NL. He seems very straight forward, I have no notes of him ever getting OOL. If I had to guess I'd say hes underbluffing quite alot generally but maybe thats a bit assumptive of me. Because of that assumption I wasn't really looking to 4b/get in JJ in here pre, however I would definitely do it vs some opponents.
