100zoom - combo draw: butchered?

BN: $162.66
SB: $130.24
BB: $155.97
UTG: $130.58
HJ: $101.50 (Hero)
CO: $198.25
villain is a spewy reg 28/24/11
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 2 A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $2.50, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $2, BB calls $1.50
Flop ($7.50) T J Q (3 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $3.58, Hero raises to $11.88, SB folds, BB calls $8.30
My range should be a lot stronger than villains here considering he'd likely always squeeze AK/QQ pre, so seemed like an easy raise/3barrell.
Turn ($31.26) T J Q 5 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $19.31, BB raises to $141.59, and is all in, Hero folds
felt like I should just set up a decent size river shove but he unexpectedly check jams. Now I'm forced to fold a hand with such good equity so it seems like a mistake.

$67 to call $138 in pot so getting almost exactly 2/1. Should I just call it off? At the time I was thinking I probably have 11 or 12 outs which isn't enough, but looking back he could probably play some Kx/9xhh type stuff like this meaning I should have called.

What is the best way to play this spot?

Should I bet bigger on turn to give up rivers and happily bet/call it off vs CRAI? or just give up on turn? thanks
Final Pot
BB wins $67.08
