My range should be a lot stronger than villains here considering he'd likely always squeeze AK/QQ pre, so seemed like an easy raise/3barrell.

felt like I should just set up a decent size river shove but he unexpectedly check jams. Now I'm forced to fold a hand with such good equity so it seems like a mistake.
$67 to call $138 in pot so getting almost exactly 2/1. Should I just call it off? At the time I was thinking I probably have 11 or 12 outs which isn't enough, but looking back he could probably play some Kx/9xhh type stuff like this meaning I should have called.
What is the best way to play this spot?
Should I bet bigger on turn to give up rivers and happily bet/call it off vs CRAI? or just give up on turn? thanks
