Unknown reg type, close spot on river? Can we block bet? Any argument for doing anything other then x/c turn?

Turn blockbet same or close EV and will not make your hand easier to play... But can introduce in your play after x amount of hours of studies
River I like to bluffcatch, pretty much any Ace is good combo on the river to do so. And we have enough KK-TT, Jx to fold out. Quite unsure what blockers we want but don't want high club, blocking 4x or 5x aren't relevant - some nl100z regs don't defend vs 3bet all 43,54,53 but can bluff 44-55
pio says that villain should valubet any Ax on the river as played. Reasons behind that wide peel flop and big amount of bluffs ( we calling Jx as bluffcatch and any Ax is snap massively +EV call).
Solution was for 20% 3b range(bit wider than normal) and slightly more than 20 defending range (bit wider than normal)
In the sim I ran, A8cc specifically was calling 3/4 of the time EV 0.13, ranges were (17%3B, 17%Call) QJ had a higher river call EV fwiw. I also feel population might not be betting turn as aggressively by taking a lot of the weaker Ax on a check back line and not mixing in enough turn bluffs, I don't know if you feel the same way. Maybe that balances out the value to bluff ratio on the river but I'm not sure.
QJ had that because of pio blocker effects, maybe in real life it have even higher EV than pio shows.
Honestly don't know, but I've played nl100z enough to say people are capable of bluffs or run (-EV) aggro plays, because they think populations undercalls and everyone(almost) heard it in some videos, midstakes talk...
This is probably a pure call at equilibrium..one consideration is that you could potentially have a lot of Ax here assuming you’re cbetting range, so if population or this player won’t run little equity bluffs then you dont want a club on river and can consider folding exploitatively. You will have a bunch of suited aces that bet flop with little equity that turn a pair and play check/call. A2/A4/A5 no fd/bdfd, Potentially similar combos A6+ depending on range. So in summary, if they shut down a lot on the river with their broadway bluffs that block your folding range QQ/KK then having a mid card club could block their bluffs.
