Don't know much about the reg. Would like some general guidelines for playing this spot.

Flop I think is pretty standard. Turn is where it gets interesting. Should I be betting this hand? It kinda sucks to get double checkraised but how likely is that to happen? As for river I'm pretty close to bottom of my range but not quite and King high still has a bit of showdown value so I wasn't sure whether bluffing is good or not.
