100NL zoom: River Sizing Induction

BN: $325.34
SB: $116.22
BB: $155.45
UTG: $104.85
HJ: $257.47
CO: $175.07
I suppose its important to note that the villain in this hand is among the crazier people I've encountered zoomin around. He runs something like 38/29/13 over 500 hand sample, though he's probably not a reg. I think the hand upto the river is extremely standard. Villain has a 33% flop check raise over 12 opportunities, but I had no other real reads on him.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $3.00, BN calls $3.00, SB folds, BB calls $2.00
Flop ($9.50) J Q 3 (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6.70, BN folds, BB raises to $15.00, Hero calls $8.30
Turn ($39.50) J Q 3 Q (2 Players)
BB bets $20.00, Hero calls $20.00
River ($79.50) J Q 3 Q 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $18.00, BB raises to $117.45, Hero calls $99.45
Final Pot
BB has 9 8 CO has Q A CO wins $311.60
So we get to the river here and based on the action it seems pretty clear villain has missed a draw or has some kind of weakish made hand. I felt like because we were 155 deep, he might assume that I can get to the river with a lot of draws/marginal made hands, which left me with the question of river sizing. I felt like this sizing could get a crying call out of the occasional ATo or Jx or something weird (ie pair turned semi bluff), or perhaps allow him to spazz out. Also, he may ship Qx on the river but I'm not certain. First, I'm sorry I put the result in, I'm not sure how to not do that, but what are people's thoughts on the sizing?

More in general, I feel like inducing river bluffs with our strong hands at lower stakes where people really aren't thinking that much can be a big component winrate. I suppose its player dependent but I'm interested to hear what you guys have to say about this concept. My fear is that this might be easy to overdo (getting fpsy) or easily countered by tougher competition.
