100NL Zoom Good Bluffing Spot?

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $64.32
SB: $293.30 (Hero)
BB: $105.50
UTG: $373.90
MP: $111.42
CO: $214.72
Villain is a good reg running 29/21/12 and he folds to 3bets 44% over a reasonable sample.
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is SB with J Q
2 folds, CO raises to $2.25, BN folds, Hero raises to $8.00, BB folds, CO calls $5.75
Think its a decent hand to 3bet especially deep and villain opens pretty wide from CO.
Flop ($17.00) 3 6 K
Hero bets $10.00, CO calls $10.00
Good flop for our range and we have some bd draws so good spot to cbet.
Turn ($37.00) 3 6 K 9
Hero bets $28.00, CO calls $28.00
Turn is close as we do pick up a gut shot and I think he floats flop quite wide plus still has some pairs that will call once and then fold unimproved.
River ($93.00) 3 6 K 9 A
Hero checks, CO bets $32.47, Hero folds
On river I think its a reasonable spot to continue as the A is good for our range in general and if we make a large bet or even overbet we put his Kx hands in a tough spot. We also dont block any spade draws that may fold on river though we do block QQ and JJ that may be stubborn on the turn but then decide to fold on river.
I dont think I can go crazy bluffing here as for value we only really have KK/AA/AK/AQ/K9s and maybe some combos of 99 that choose to cbet. Thoughts on line in general and potential river sizing(we have 168 behind at this point)?
