Few stats on villain, which definitely influenced my decision making in this hand.
Only 166 hands so far, but he was playing 24/21/15.1 with a 21.7% 3bet in the BB from 23 opportunities.

Standard open in the CO. I wouldn't always call this hand but think its OK vs someone who seems to have a fairly wide 3b range in the BB. Do people think im putting too much weight on what is a fairly small sample size?

Good flop. I elect to check back because i think it's a nice way to keep flushes in my check back range, and i don't really think betting achieves much. I can still get a lot of money in when i make a flush by betting big twice.

Good turn obviously. Not sure if raising or calling is better. My hand is vulnerable to river hearts, but i generally like to save my raises till the river if possible. So if i had a hand like KhJx id just be calling turn and most likely bluff-jamming river.

Interesting river, and interesting betsize. I had no idea whether to call or raise, and if i raise what sizing should i go to? Against a regular sized bet i'd just be calling, but it felt like i only making 3rd pot on this river with this hand is a big mistake. He won't expect me to have a flush or boat very often, and i think jamming make me look really full of shit. I also chose to raise due to his wide pre-flop 3bet which meant he had more Ax hands here than most. I expect QQ to cbet and AA to cbet at least some of the time. A4 is a possibility, but not many combos of that, and then he can have some better flushes, but not that many given that the A and Q of hearts are on the board.
Is this too thin? Would you prefer a small-raise and fold to a shove or just a call?
