100NL - Standard 3 barrel spot semi-deep?

Misleading title. I check raised CO's cbet in the BB/bet turn/bet river. Bovada hand histories don't come in until tomorrow. We both have 125bb in this hand. Villain is 21/17 over 50 hands. Folds around and opens the CO to 3bbs, all folds I flat Jd10h in the BB.

Flop: Qd 8d 5h - He bets 1/2 pot and it looks weak given he is deepish and tagish 21/17. I check raise to 12bb's ($12.xx). Villain flats.

Turn: 4d - I bet $23>$28 and leave a little over a pot size river bet and villain flats. I'm also thinking an added bonus is I block FD's with the Jd.

River: Kh - I ship $83 into $79 or so and villain calls.

I ended up running into the nut flush but I'm wondering if this hand is a pretty standard spot to 3 barrel as the weakest hands I;m getting to the river with in this spot are probably check raised gutters or stuff with BDFD's.

I don't personally love this spot as a triple. You are blocking the hands you want him to have and I think your range looks an awful lot like TJ or something around there after you flat flop. What are you realistically repping here, 55, QT, Q8 suited maybe 88 but I often see that as a 3 bet pre against a reg with villains stats?

I check raised the flop, not flatted it - I think the title was off as check raised the cbet/bet turn/bet river. I'm probably not 3betting 88 pre vs. CO here - my normal range is 99+AJ+,A10s+, A2-A5s and some KQ/KJ/Q10s, K10s stuff. I think 88 plays fine post flop as a flat pre but arguments can be made for both sides and either play is fine.

As far as what I'm repping - a lot. Every combo of flush/set/2 pair and the open ended straight makes the turn. We are deep and this should put his Qx hands in an awful spot on the turn and the river when both the straight and the flush make the turn.

If I'm not bluffing with my gutshots what hands am I betting turn and river with as a bluff after check-raising this flop?

As far as blockers are concerned - I have Jd which makes the flush that less likely. If he's calling 3 big bets I'm imagining it's most likely going to be flushes and straights and possibly some set combos.
