100NL: sgl pot, facing minraise turn w/ TP

SB: $100.50
BB: $111.07
HJ: $142.21 (Hero)
CO: $118.42
BN: $163.17
Villain is a 34/17 fish. agg% 35. no other infos
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt K Q
Hero raises to $3, CO folds, BN calls $3, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($7.50) K 9 2 (2 Players)
Hero bets $5, BN calls $5
Turn ($17.50) 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $12.50, BN raises to $25

I have a really hard time folding OTT against really anyone. However, now that I think about it, I rarely see people bluffing here, but then K9/99/22 at least a little discounted because I would think he would raise them mostly on the flop.

What happens for me is that I see those marvelous potodds and I don't want to fold. I have a hard time understanding when I can call down or not in these spots, I realize there is still one street to come and I realize that it does not matter at all if I'm going to be exploitive because my opponent won't very likely exploit me. On the other hand I have no clue if he is bluffing at all and even if he is then I have no idea if he is continuing river or simply giving up.

If we fold, why is that? If we call, what is our gameplan on a blank/diamond/spade?
