What I am knowing from BN he is -standart tag 21/17 Total fold to 3bet 65 with a 3 bet vs CO 8% but he preffers to 3 bet unpolar range so he can call my 4bet with some slowplays and i give him that range AA-JJ,AKo-AQo,KQo,AKs-AJs,KQs

i d looked at flopzilla and i beat only QQ-KK and AQ so it gies me 47% vs a range but there no 3 barels vs this hands and he likely to turn them into bluff so i ve decided to check-call once with an intention of folding the turn.

prefer B/F flop even though if your range assumption is correct we´re not really betting for value...sounds kinda dump but I would B/F flop "for making the hand easier to play and for a little bit of protection" just to avoid this spot...
I would change the 4-bet sizing little bit, to simplify our play for 100BB stacks.
Based on how you played the hand, i agree with the fold turn.
