100NL not sure how wide to peel this 3-way pot

BN: $104 (Hero)
SB: $100
BB: $123.67
UTG: $106.91
HJ: $139.56
CO: $197.38
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q T
UTG folds, HJ raises to $2.50, CO calls $2.50, Hero calls $2.50, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($9.00) 3 9 4 (3 Players)
HJ bets $4.30, CO calls $4.30, Hero calls $4.30
So the reason I'm posting this HH is I'm still trying to find my feet in multiway pots. It seems like other players must have a ton of leaks and I'm sure I do. After overcalling the BTN I have 9 sets and some 9s on this board which I'm pretty sure means I need to be floating quite a lot, just working intuitively from what my range looks like. It's also a board where having position is going to be quite valuable. I figured QT was a decent float since I block 9s, TT, QQ, and I have two overs and backdoor straight potential. Intuitively it looks really spewy to me but I can't think of many hands in my range which wouldn't seem spewy to float with and I have 9 sets so I have to find some somewhere.

Do you guys think this is fine? How important is a bdfd vs two overs and how important is having a bdsd vs having better overs in this spot?
Turn ($21.90) 3 9 4 8 (3 Players)
HJ bets $12.54, CO calls $12.54, Hero raises to $31.46, HJ folds, CO folds
Turn is a spot where I would definitely start raising my sets to defend against all the straight and flush draws and I get to make a postflop squeeze which is pretty sexy imo. This seems like a good hand to make this play with to me. I wish results weren't included >.<. Also I feel like this is one of the only turns on which I get to make this play and I'm just folding the rest of the time, but I'm not sure that is so bad because nobody can bet liberally into my range since I have all those set combos.
Final Pot
Hero wins $56.84
