100NL Necessary bluff? Or too ambitious?

HJ: $106.35
CO: $142.85
BN: $25.15
SB: $127.30
BB: $165.40 (Hero)
UTG: $101.50
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 7
UTG folds, HJ raises to $2.50, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $2, Hero calls $1.50
Standard overcall pre i think.

HJ is a fish, playing 53/25/24 across 51 hands.
SB is nit-reg playing 13/11/6 across 130 hands.
Flop ($7.50) K 9 2 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, HJ checks
Bad flop, easy x/F i think.
Turn ($7.50) K 9 2 8 (3 Players)
SB bets $4.50, Hero raises to $14.40, HJ calls $14.40, SB calls $9.90
When flop checks through, i expect HJ to be giving up quite a lot.
SB stabs, expect him to have something like KTs-KQs, TJs, 99,88,22, and FDs.
I don't think i can call because some of my outs may not be clean, but think i can raise and credibly rep 99,88,22,K9s,89s. The problem there is also a lot of draws which will make them call lighter.
River ($50.70) K 9 2 8 9 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $34.20
Interesting river. All the draws missed, and it cuts down on there value combos.
When HJ calls my raise i thought he basically had a strong draw. These all missed so think i can get him off hands like Ax of spades.
Problem is the SB, who is a bit of a nit. He has less value combos now, and i think my line looks pretty strong. He may also raise a lot of his stronger hands on the turn.

I'm at the absolute bottom of my range and don't block any of the missed draws. Do you bluff? And what sizing do you use?
