[100nl] Made hand turned into bluff on river

SB: $101.06
BB: $164.45 (Hero)
UTG: $141.76
HJ: $27.25
CO: $102.50
BN: $78.30
Not too much info on villain, had only played about 80 hands with each other up to this point, only information on him is that he is reggy and aggresive. I believe villain perceives me as reggy as well.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
UTG raises to $3, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, Hero calls $2
Flop ($6.50) J Q 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks
I think that villains flop check back consists of a lot of AJ/KJ/TT/99 type hands, along with some underpairs that are just giving up on this flop that smashes my perceived bb defending range. I'm not sure whether villain will cbet AK/AT/KT and AA/KK on this flop, but and under the impression that he will usually cbet these hands.
Turn ($6.50) 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $4.33, Hero raises to $14.43, UTG calls $10.10
On the turn, I think my AQ is strong enough to go for a thin value x/r.
River ($35.36) J (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $26.52, Hero raises to $147.02
On the river, my plan is to check and to shove as a bluff if villain bets. Villains range is relatively capped (but consists of a lot of Jx hands,) whereas I have all QQ/JJ/QJs/88 combos in my perceived range, along with AsKs, AsTs, and KsTs. He can only have 55 for nutted hands, and has a discounted amount of AsKs/AsTs/KsTs combos (although all these combos are most likely floating the turn check/raise if they did check back the flop.) Having the Qs has some value as well, blocking hands like KsQs that villain may have checked back with.
