100NL - JJ facing turn x/shove vs shortstack

BB: Big Blind: $55.55
CO: UTG: $113.78
BN: Mushmellow: $100
SB: Small Blind: $175.70
Anonymous tables and just sat down so I am without reads.
Preflop ($1.50) (4 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt J J
UTG folds, Mushmellow raises to $3, Small Blind calls $2.50, Big Blind calls $2
Standard open.
Flop ($9.00) 8 T 8 (3 Players)
Small Blind checks, Big Blind checks, Mushmellow bets $4.50, Small Blind calls $4.50, Big Blind calls $4.50
Not sure how I should size this flop. I bet half pot into two players. Perhaps I should have bet bigger. I get 2 calls. I don't really play much non-heads up so I'm trying to think about this spot. I think villains could view me as pretty wide here since I open the button 4 handed and cbet into this paired flop.

Both of these guys call and I think they would be doing this with all the flush draws, the OESDs, Tx, and perhaps pockets 99 and below. I think 8x will x/r on this flop with this wet board texture.
Turn ($22.50) 8 T 8 4 (3 Players)
Small Blind checks, Big Blind checks, Mushmellow bets $11.25, Small Blind folds, Big Blind raises to $48.05, and is all in
Now it gets tough for me. I think there is still a value bet on the turn for me here. In this spot when I bet again into two players I think they will view me as having a pretty strong hand here. In my head, I'm choosing to definitely not commit against the 100BB stack, but not sure how to handle more action from the shortstack.

When the shortstack shoves I'm getting 31% on a call. Is this a standard bet/fold or a standard bet/call it off vs this type of probably recreational player who is sitting with a shortstack?

Thanks!

3x pre-flop is a little big considering there's going to be so much 3-betting, and you want to be able to play post-flop.

Definitely c-bet bigger, to get value and to look stronger. This looks pretty weak.

Betting the turn is a big mistake imo. The only thing you get value out of when you bet again into two is J9 and JT and QT-AT. You block both JT/J9, and J9 should fold the turn anyway. There's a good chance someone has a flush or a slowplayed 8. As played, easy fold. Even if he somehow jams Ah9x, you're not a big favourite.

yeah I dont like turn bet at all because one of them can easily have a flush or an 8x and if raised we have to fold our equity. Theres also not really much you are getting value from since you look pretty strong (altho maybe not with these betsizes), you cant really go for two streets vs Tx anyway

Oh this is embarrassing! Thanks for the help guys. I'm glad I posted this hand. I guess when I play 6max sometimes I have to remember that it's not heads up and I can't push an overpair here for 3 streets of value, let alone 2 streets! Villain had me flushstrated after this hand~

:D :D :D

Since villain is over calling he should never really have a 10 or even a single 8. Even j9 I think is a fold/raise multi way. He could even have 10 8 which leaves you dead.

Since your hokding a jh Ithkink checking back with some showdown value is better. If you had say two black jacks maybe a small bet fold wont be terrible to protect against some 10s

check behind turn ,but i dont like this kind of spot when i m OOP.if this was oop that x/fold is weak ,bet is almost no value(only dead money) and x/call is way into hell :p

I think flop bet is okay if you stab here with a bunch of ur air, you can keep your bluffs cheap.

Turn should be a check and evaluate on the river, rest is fine.
