100NL Facing weird c/r from PFA on Turn
BN: 100
SB: 107
BB: 101.50
UTG: 137.61
HJ: 186.78
HJ raises to 3, Hero calls 3, BN folds, SB folds, UTG folds
Villain is 25/18 over first 200 hands.
Cbet Flop 55%, Turn 0% (0/3) so far, WWSF 30%
Flop AFq 41%, Turn AFq 31%, Turn c/r 14%(1/7).
I think the call pre is somewhat standard, this hand is too good to 3bet here.
Flop no other option for me than calling
Turn I want to bet for value. I honestly have no idea what is range is for checkraising
My thoughts were that he should be vbetting with strong hands because I am checking back a shitload of medium PPs in that spot and dont have too many flop floats, given positions. But for that reason he should also be bluffbetting with his Draws, GS or whatever, since I have to fold so much OTT. Nevertheless, I took the save option and folded just because I didnt want to get into a guessing game against a line that people rarely ever take, but felt kinda bad about it.
What are your thoughts?

Readless ill just fold, make a not but from my experience this is 33,44,99 most of the time.
KQ is kinda middle/bttm of our range here anyway when we flat AK pre.
He seems passive and value heavy. His range is something like 99/AA/AKo/AhKh/KhQh/KhJh/KhTh. I think I fold this.
