100HU vs Reg - Bluffing/merging flopped overpair on the river?

BB played fairly straightforward and didn´t seem to want to play big pots, but had a little early street aggression, but played tighter than most regs on the button. So he might not be that comfortable. This is fairly early and I sat him.

Thought the chance of getting him off Q3 T3(QT) Axdd Axhh might be worth it compared to calling and blocker wise this seems like the best hand to do it with as it runs into less Kxss KJ than anything else.
