100 NL Zoom - Ugly spot w KK on the river

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $192.51
SB: $70.83
BB: $104.40
UTG: $100.50
MP: $173.41 (Hero)
CO: $100.00
Villain is a reg 21/17/7 over 1k hands. His fold to 4bet is 29 but obv the sample for this is very low
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is MP with K K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.00, CO folds, BN raises to $8.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $20.00, BN calls $11.50
Given I raised UTG+1 and he called my 4bet I'd give him a range of ATs+,AQo+, KQs+, 88+, and maybe some random combos that he wants to get frisky with.
Flop ($41.50) 3 5 6
Hero bets $24.57, BN calls $24.57
Turn ($90.64) 3 5 6 J
Hero checks, BN bets $22.24, Hero calls $22.24
I check here because that's what I would do w AK which makes up a big percentage of my range here and I want to keep all his middling pairs around and induce him to bluff AQ and maybe ATs.
River ($135.12) 3 5 6 J 4
Hero checks, BN bets $125.70 and is all in, Hero calls $106.60 and is all in
This is the mess I got myself into. It just seems to me, that the only set that makes a ton of sense is JJ. 33-66 would have probably just flatted pre. It's really hard for me to figure out what he would shove here for value given the range I assigned him preflop. Maybe 77, which I kind of discounted but you never know. He bet the turn very small and I just called, so I figure that he might very well think I have a hand he can bluff me off of. So I end up calling because I figure that my turn action induces a bluff here.
