Should I be folding turn as a standard here? Should I choose not to fold, should I bluff river? I really can't tell vs the fish archetypes in these spots.

yep I'd fold turn
I'm considering raising flop. It is just theoretically incorrect, but it makes our life a lot easier and is still +ev
+1 again, and I also think raising or folding the flop is kinda cool here - it's not like we have a high SDv hand, and those fishy guys tend to lead 'for info', among other reasons, so if we just flat, they kinda still don't know where they're at, so it's likely he's going to lead again and we can't call.
OTT, you need 24% equity or you probably have only 7 clean outs - 3 "A" and 4 "3" - 14% equity. So I'd fold. I'd probably call with A2hh.
The idea is that I'm just far enough ahead of the betting range, not that I'm calling to hit the river.
There isn't a lot of draws so when he donks flop and turn I think he is often ahead (hands like 65s, 75s or 76s make Pair or straight).
I like Flop call. Fold Turn and find a better spot.
