A) thoughts on not 3! pre? I tend to mix up whether or not I 3! pre with AQ against an UTG raise. I think this time I decided not to because this player is relatively unknown to me.(only 55 hands)
B) As played, is river a standard call? Is it a fold? My thoughts on making river a fold is that his river sizing seems like a value bet and I don't think villain is value betting range doesnt hold many hands worse than AQ here. Only AJ comes to mind.
My thoughts on making this call is that AQ is pretty high up in my range here, I don't get to the river with this line with many better hands. I shouldnt have AK or KK as I would 3! pre with those. I could have 1010 or QJ but probably would have raised flop/turn. K10 here might be the only better hand I have here that doesn't raise on flop/turn.

Raising QJ or TT earlier in this hand would be pretty bad, villain can keep valuebetting and bluffing with tons of hands worse than them and they barely have anything to protect from. I would have some AK, all QJ, TT, ATs on this river so AQ would be either a fold or a bluff-raise for me.
I would make an exploitable fold. You only beat AJ and not many people turn pairs into a bluff at 10nl.
But yeah I have a lot of nuts in my range on this board, AK, TT, some AA & KK & QJ.
How much more often would you flat QQ+, AK vs a 33/26 who likely opens wider UTG as well as compared to a std 21/17?
I don't really like 3betting IP against UTG. So I'm pretty polarized. Maybe I don't have KK & AA that often but I do have all AK.
Yeah, I agree in general. However vs a player that loose (assuming this also holds for his UTG range) I'd like to go back to 3betting a little more IP. And keeping my value range as narrow as KK+ also doesn't allow me to widen my range at the (semi)bluff end.
I would raise QJ/ otf or turn at this stake because villain is not going to fold TP/2 pair plus ever and there are loads of scare cards that can come otr that will kill action and i don't care about balance/ being capped at 10nl.
I would fold this river. Most villains aren't bluffing 3 streets often enough to call profitably and they aren't value betting worse. The average 10nl reg is not value betting AJ here. They would most likely x/c that otr.
