10 NL AA in 4! pot super wet board
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (4 Players)
BB: $11.37
CO: $10.97
BN: $16.59 (Hero)
SB: $11.85

SB: $11.85
converter seems to be wrong, I am on the button, and i get 3! by the SB (listed as CO in this HH).
Villain is 15/12/6 over 258 hands, I dont have any stats on him postflop in 3! pots.

Button vs SB I don't think there is any reason to slow play and just flat AA preflop. Villain only has 6% 3! which is small so I think he has value hands here that will continue the vast majority of the time.

When I played the hand and saw this flow, I felt like this was a very bad flop. I didnt think that I could bet and get called by worse. I think that the only worse hands I might get to call me are KQ or KJ(discounting AK due to me blocking it and because AK is a 4! SB vs Button a lot of the time at 10 NL). I dont think villain shows up here with KQ of KJ very often.
Is a check here okay? or should I be cbetting this?

I think once the turn hits and villain pots it, its a clear fold. I beat nothing by this point.

Vs this tight 3betting range, it's okay to 4bet pre. If he's a agressive 3bettor, flatting AA makes sense, because people fold to 4bet OOP a hole bunch and we are uncapped on many board textures.
As played, I would bet/fold flop. KQ,KJ,AJ,AQ,AK (if he does not GII preflop) are just calling your cbet. It's an rainbow flop, the only value hands that beats u are TT,99, and QJs (don't think he plays all of them that way, especially 99 and QJs). On the turn, when he pots, it's a fold. I think people don't bluff often enough to make a call on this card a profit. But the mistake on this hand was not betting the flop imo.
I would bet flop. AK & QQ-JJ still call you.
