Maybe I should fold here? I say this because his steal% is very low which means that he isn't positionally aware. Couple that with the fact his PFR is only 8 and I think that he doesn't have many queens here like Q8s-Q2s which means that the chances of facing AQ increase drastically. Maybe the only queens he opened pre are AQ, KQ, QJ and QTs. I feel like he has AQ here when he 3bets. I dont know if he would 3bet here fds. If he does then I think we need to call.
