NL2 - Facing 3bet on turn

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (4 Players) CO: $2.50
BN: $2.89
SB: $1.98
BB: $2.94 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BB with 3 Q
CO folds, BN raises to $0.07, SB calls $0.06, Hero calls $0.05
BTN has vpip/pfr of 56/8 in 145 hands. Limp % is 51 which includes both the times where he open limped and also limp behind. His steal% is 10%(4/39 hands)
Flop ($0.21) J T 9
SB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $0.10, SB folds, Hero calls $0.10
Turn ($0.41) J T 9 K
Hero checks, BN bets $0.22, Hero raises to $0.66, BN raises to $1.10, Hero calls $0.44
Maybe I should fold here? I say this because his steal% is very low which means that he isn't positionally aware. Couple that with the fact his PFR is only 8 and I think that he doesn't have many queens here like Q8s-Q2s which means that the chances of facing AQ increase drastically. Maybe the only queens he opened pre are AQ, KQ, QJ and QTs. I feel like he has AQ here when he 3bets. I dont know if he would 3bet here fds. If he does then I think we need to call.
River ($2.61) J T 9 K J
Hero checks, BN bets $1.62 and is all in, Hero calls $1.62
If we assume he 3bets fds on turn then I think here we need to fold. Btw, If the river was Jd, should we call?
